Official Rules for San Jose Earthquakes Ticket Giveaway Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to residents of United States aged 18years or older, excluding employees of Ford, San Jose Earthquakes, and their immediate family members.

2. Entry Period: The contest begins on May 23rd, 2024, and ends on May24th, 2024, at 5:00 PM PST. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the entry period:

• Like the contest post on the social media platform.

• Comment on the contest post with the name of your favorite San Jose Earthquakes player.

• Ensure that the comment is publicly visible and follows the community guidelines of the respective social media platform.

4. Prize: Two (2) separate winners will be chosen, each winning one(1) pair of tickets to the San Jose Earthquakes Match on May 25th, 2024, at PayPalPark, San Jose, CA.

5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries.The winners will be notified via direct message on the platform, within 24hours of the end of the contest period. If a winner does not respond within 24hours of the notification, a new winner will be selected.

6. Prize Claim: To claim the prize, winners must respond to the notification within the specified time frame and provide their full name, email address, and any other information requested for ticket delivery.

7. Prize Delivery: The tickets will be emailed to the winners at the email address provided within 1 day of confirming their eligibility and receipt of required information.

8. Publicity: By entering the contest, participants agree to allow YourCalifornia Ford to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the contest without further compensation.

9. General Conditions: Your California Ford reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Your California Ford andits respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any  claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.

11. Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of United States ofAmerica without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Sponsor: This contest is sponsored by Your California Ford.

13. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
